DELEGATION FROM AMASYA UNIVERSITY TO ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY VISIT
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hakkı Turabi, the Rector of Amasya University, and his delegation visited Atatürk University, where they conferred with Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu. Information was exchanged on a variety of subjects during the visit, which was designed to enhance communication and cooperation among universities.
Joint studies and information exchange between the two universities were the subject of discussion during the meeting that took place at the Rector's Office. Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu stated that Atatürk University is cognizant of the responsibility that comes with the title of "Research University" and that the institution has implemented significant projects in the areas of education, research, and societal contribution. Hacımüftüoğlu stated that they have signed projects that have made a splash at the regional and national level with the support of all units in this direction. He also expressed his satisfaction with the contributions that Amasya University has made to scientific studies and stated that they are open to all kinds of cooperation in terms of sharing knowledge and experience.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hakkı Turabi, the Rector of Amasya University, stated that they conducted this visit to be motivated by the profound scientific accomplishments and rich history of Atatürk University. Turabi acknowledged the extraordinary accomplishments of Atatürk University in the areas of education, research and development, and social contribution, and expressed his gratitude to Rector Hacımüftüoğlu for his sincere sharing and hospitality.
The delegation, led by Rector Hacımüftüoğlu, continued its visit by visiting the Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Office, Project Development and Coordination Office, Eastern Anatolia High Technology Application and Research Center (DAYTAM), Ata Ice Museum, and Biodiversity Science Museum. They were informed about the ongoing studies.
This visit, which is intended to foster collaboration and solidarity among universities, has established a robust foundation for potential future collaborative initiatives.
