DECEMBER SCIENTIFIC INCENTIVE CEREMONY WAS HELD

Atatürk University persists in organizing Scientific Incentive Ceremonies, wherein scholars whose scientific research elevates the university's reputation are honored.

The Atatürk University Rector, Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı presented awards to faculty members who submitted applications in December for research activities in 2023 as part of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project.

At the ceremony conducted at the National Will Hall on July 15, Rector Çomaklı bestowed accolades upon academics whose publications, patents, projects, and companies propelled them to prominence. He extended his congratulations to the academics for their endeavors and accomplishments grounded in research.

Rector Çomaklı asserted that Atatürk University ought to consistently advance studies befitting its illustrious history, while ensuring that all personnel engaged in labor, production, and development efforts are provided with comprehensive support.

"Our perpetual objective is to elevate our nation to the forefront of global academic rankings."

Rector Çomaklı remarked that the institution is esteemed for its status as a leader in universal science, problem-solving institution, and producer of scientific solutions to social issues. He further expressed gratitude for the exemplary contributions and accomplishments of all scientists affiliated with the university.

Prof. Dr. Çomaklı said:"Awards obtained at the culmination of an academic career are, in fact, those received in recognition of contributions to humanity and science through articles, publications, patents, projects, and companies that are published in reputable academic journals." By these honors, the monetary worth of the scientific research conducted cannot be quantified. We place a much higher value on your work. Our perpetual objective is to elevate our nation to the pinnacle of global academic rankings. "I would like to thank our scientists on behalf of our university and our city and wish your success to continue to increase."
