THE ATA-AOF MIDTERM (MIDTERM) EXAM WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
The Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty successfully administered the Fall Semester Midterm Exam for the 2022-2023 Academic Year at 94 exam centers throughout 80 provinces in Turkey and in Baku. Due to the challenging conditions in Düzce, the midterm exam, originally scheduled for 26-27 November, has been rescheduled for 17-18 December 2022 in order to boost the morale and enthusiasm of the students there.
On November 26-27, 2022, the Midterm Exam was administered in three sessions to 274,818 students who received education services under the scope of 13 Undergraduate, 4 Undergraduate Completion, and 30 Associate Degree Programs. Within the course of the examination, 875 of our 2299 disabled students were assigned special rooms and 1056 supplemental readers.
Test centers were staffed with 95 exam center managers, 2118 building exam supervisors, 1230 building assistant exam supervisors, 2118 building managers, 28,319 hall presidents, 31,734 inspectors, and 8503 replacement supervisors, according to the regions determined by students' preferences. About 150 thousand people, like those who handled exam papers and those in charge of security, worked together to make sure the exam ran smoothly.

Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, Rector of Atatürk University, stated that the 2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Midterm (Midterm) Exam, which was administered by the Open and Distance Education Faculty, was conducted without incident. Çomaklı noted that Atatürk University's knowledge, experience, and expertise have enabled it to carry out many large organizations and operations with success. Çomaklı stated, emphasizing that they have made important contributions to the country's higher education through both formal and open education, "We are both glad and proud that many university graduates in our country have Atatürk University degrees. Our institution, which recognizes its principles and aspires to cultivate qualified young adults, adheres to this guiding concept and strives to cultivate generations that are valuable to their homeland and nation.
