2nd ICOLDE 2022-International Congress was held on Open Learning and Distance Education 2022 by Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty on 29-30 November 2022 for the first time in 3D virtual environment with the participation of lecturers from 32 different universities.

This year's theme of the International Congress, which was held for the first time in 2021, was "open and distance education practices in the fields of social, health and science". At the congress, which brought together eminent scientists from many universities, researchers and field experts from various institutions and organizations, with nearly eight hundred participants, 45 papers were presented in the ATA-META Palandöken Hall in a 3D virtual environment.

ICOLDE 2022, which brought together scientists who focus on the field of open and distance education and the transformations experienced in this field until today, and was held by Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty, started with the opening speech of Faculty dean Prof. Dr. Erdem Kocadağistan. It continued with the presentations of the invited speakers Prof. Dr. Ayhan Celik and Assist. Prof. Dr. Esmira M. Hajiyeva and many scientists. The congress, which lasted for 2 days, ended with the announcement of the best three papers.
