FIRST STEP TO THE UNIVERSITY FROM RESIDENTS OF ATATÜRK CHILDREN'S HOUSES
Children staying in Atatürk Children's Houses affiliated to Erzurum Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services visited Atatürk University rector Prof.Dr. Ömer Çomaklı
Çomaklı, who met with the residents of the Atatürk Children's Houses site in rector's office together with deputy director Süleyman Tanas and Erzurum Family, Work and Social Services Provincial Director Cemil İlbaş, expressed his satisfaction with the visit. Emphasizing that the joy of life in the eyes of young people gives him a completely different peace, Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı stated that young people staying in Atatürk Children's Houses are important values of this country and everyone should support them.
“We also want to see our younger brothers as our students”
Stating that the state mobilize all its means to make the youth feel peaceful, Rector Çomaklı noted that these precious young people need spiritual support rather than financial support.“I closely follow the activities organized by the Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services to keep our country's national and spiritual values alive. The sensitivity of our young brothers to the values of our country by participating in these and similar activities makes us very happy. Our youngsters took the first step towards university on this occasion. We want to see you as our students in the near future by giving more importance to their education, I would like to state once again that we are ready for whatever needs to be done for Atatürk Children's Houses Site”he added.
Erzurum Family and Social Policies Provincial Director Cemil İlbaş expressing that he is so happy with Ömer Çomaklı's hosting them and he thanked him for his interest and hospitality.
