ArtAnkara Contemporary Art Fair, which was held for the seventh time this year at the ATO Congresium, brought art lovers and artists together. Atatürk University also took part in the fair.

The 7th ArtAnkara Contemporary Art Fair, held between 30 March - 3 April 2021, has started. Atatürk University, Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) took part in the fair where more than 1000 works of more than 100 artists were exhibited. Welcoming its guests with 22 event posters and 5 types of promotional catalogues, Atatürk University's promotional stand simultaneously presents the solo exhibitions "Salt Ice" and "Semi Arid" to art lovers. Also, within the scope of the fair program, Atatürk University Faculty of Fine Arts Faculty Members Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bulat and Dr. Instructor Member Caner Yedikardeş participated in various panels as a speaker.

“We Continuing Our Works To Ensure Community Participation”

At the ATA Ice Museum, which is among the outputs of various products and the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project, Dr. Instructor Stating that they participated in the "Salt Ice" and "Semi Arid" exhibitions prepared and exhibited by its member Caner Yedikardeş, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı stated that they discussed culture and art as a whole and discussed what they could do to ensure the participation of the society, and that they created action plans within this scope.

Rector Çomaklı stated that they attach great importance to cultural and artistic activities and that they continue to work in this context without interruption: “Plans to be made to expand culture and art activities, to bring them closer to the society, to spread them throughout the city, to open new habits and fields for culture and art will be the right step for the future. As Atatürk University, we give all the necessary support to art and artists in order for the planning to be done correctly, and we will continue to do so in the future.”
