Atatürk University Equestrian Sports Club, which was established under the Manege Area and Equine Coordinator at Atatürk University, which has made a name for itself with its sports facilities as well as its scientific, cultural, social and technological investments, came second in the A Group in the Erzurum provincial competitions organized by the Traditional Sports Branches Federation in 2022.

After the competition, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, Equestrian Club President Dr. Instructor Member Gökhan Öztürk, his assistant Uğur Karcıoğlu and club athletes presented the trophy to Rector Çomaklı.

Rector Çomaklı, who hosted his guests in the office of the Rector, stated that Atatürk University contributed to the personal development of students and athletes with the studies he carried out in cultural, artistic and sports fields as well as the academic education provided by Atatürk University, and said that the steps taken in this direction will increasingly continue.

Stating that they will always support the athletes who successfully represent Atatürk University in various sports branches, he congratulated the members of the Equestrian Sports Club for the success achieved.
