ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY IMPROVES COMMUNICATION SKILLS OF ITS EMPLOYEES
Training for Developing Effective Communication Skills of Internal Stakeholders, conducted jointly by Atatürk University Corporate Communication Directorate (KID) and Health Research and Application Center Directorate, started at the Atatürk University Application Hotel.
Week-long interviews were held between different groups before the trainings were carried out in order to develop effective communication skills of the employees.
During these interviews, the problems and ideas about possible communication problems that the groups might experience both within themselves and with different colleagues in the hospital were listened. As a result of the information obtained from the meetings, a road map was drawn for deciding which courses to take place in the trainings.
In accordance with the Covid-19 measures, training certificates will be given to the employees at the end of the face-to-face training in groups of 15 to approximately a thousand people.
