The trainings conducted as part of the "Improving Institutional Capacity with Current Financial Legislation Trainings" project, which the Northeast Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) received approval from the Atatürk University Revolving Fund Management Directorate under the 2023 Technical Support Program, have been concluded.

The 15 July National Will Hall and Blue Hall of the Atatürk University Cultural Center hosted the trainings. A total of 196 personnel from the financial affairs and transactions departments of TRA1 Level 2 universities (Atatürk University, Erzurum Technical University, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, and Bayburt University) were in attendance.

12 hours on Article 58 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and Revolving Fund Legislation, 4 hours on KVKK Information Security, 4 hours on the Direct Procurement System in the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, 16 hours on Public Procurement Law No. 4734 Common Subjects and Tender Processes, 8 hours on Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018 were among the topics covered by instructors at the Big A Digital Transformation Academy between November 27-29 and December 11-14.

During the concluding ceremony of the training, KUDAKA General Secretary Oktay Güven and Atatürk University Vice Rector Atilla Keskin presented certificates to the participants.
