Atatürk University took its place in Erzurum Promotion Days from Palandöken to Kartepe organized by Kocaeli Erzurum Associations Federation (KEDFE) between 24-29 May.

Atatürk University, which opened a booth during the promotional days, came together with the citizens at the Erzurum Promotion Days, from Palandöken to Kartepe, with the stands of the Open Education Faculty (ATA AÖF) and the Carpet, Rug and Handicrafts Application and Research Center.

While Erzurum Promotion Day events were held this year, the event continued for 5 days, and in addition to the famous artists from Erzurum, local poets concert, fasil team, theater team performance, panels, interviews, local food and food products were promoted.

While giving information about the authorities, university and units at the stands of Atatürk University, where the citizens showed great interest during the promotional days, the carpets and kilims produced in the Carpet Rug and Handicraft Application and Research Center were also exhibited. The research center, which operates in order to keep the Turkish carpet and rug art alive and to transfer it to future generations, hosted its guests both artistically and scientifically with the colorful carpets and kilims produced.

Introducing open education faculties within the scope of the second university without examination, ATA AÖF officials invited the second university without examination at ATA AÖF, which has 30 associate degree, 13 undergraduate and 4 undergraduate completion programs, with the difference of Atatürk University.
