Turkish Universities Turkcell Winter Sports Games was held in Erzurum by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF).

Athletes, who continue their education at Atatürk University and also represent Turkey nationally and internationally, keep on going great guns. In this context, At the Winter Sports Games held in Palandöken Ski Center on 13-17 March 2022, Atatürk University athletes who competed in all branches of Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Snow Volleyball, Ice Climbing and Sledding achieved outstanding triumph with a total of 26 medals.

Hundreds of young athletes from 80 universities across Turkey competed for medals in various branches for the event, which was held under the name of Turkish University Students Turkcell Winter Sports Games and with the support of GNC. Atatürk University, which has its name written on the top every year in the Universities League (UNILIG), organized by the Turkish Universities Sports Federation, has been awarded honors from many tournaments organized this year.

Congratulating Atatürk University athletes who won 26 medals and completed the tournament with an outstanding achievement in the organization hosted by Palandöken Ski Center, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı pointed out that they are a university that is successful in every competition.
