The Times Higher Education (THE), a globally renowned organization for ranking and analyzing higher education and education, conducts an annual publication of world university rankings. Its purpose is to assess, contrast, and prioritize the academic performance of universities across the globe.

As a result, Atatürk University is included in these six rankings; in global rankings, the field of Life Sciences was positioned in the 601-800 band. By securing the third position in the classification of state + private universities, Atatürk University, which was previously ranked third among state universities in Turkey, accomplished a noteworthy feat.

Third in the ranking of public universities in Turkey and fourth in the ranking of state + private universities, Atatürk University entered the 601-800 band globally in the discipline of Health Sciences.

Atatürk University, which is ranked in the 601+ band globally in the field of education, is positioned twelfth among state + private universities and eleventh among public universities in Turkey.

Atatürk University, which achieved a ranking in the 801+ band globally in the Social Sciences, is positioned seventh among public universities in Turkey and twelfth among state and private universities in the ranking of universities.

Thirteenth among state and private universities, Atatürk University is positioned in the 801-1000 band globally in the field of Science, which positions it eleventh among state universities in Turkey.

Atatürk University, which is ranked within the 801-1000 band globally in the discipline of engineering, is positioned nineteenth among state and private universities and twelfth among public universities in Turkey.

In a statement regarding the matter, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı affirmed that Atatürk University's accomplishments in the domains of Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Education, Social Sciences, Science, and Engineering attest to the institution's international renown and rigorous educational benchmarks, as recognized in the 2024 ranking of the world's finest universities organized by field.
