ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY IS IN THE TOP 5 IN TÜBİTAK - ARDEB 1001 PROJECT RANKING

Scientific Evaluation Results of the Research Support Programs Presidency (ARDEB) 2022 1st Term 1001 Projects within the body of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) have been announced. Accordingly, Atatürk University ranked 4th among state universities and 5th among all universities. In addition, it was decided to apply for 5 projects of Atatürk University without waiting for the next semester.

Atatürk University, whose 10 projects were accepted within the scope of TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 Project, succeeded in being among the top 5 universities in Turkey.





Various Criteria Are Considered in the Acceptance of Projects

While considering the output performance of the project coordinator within the scope of the previously supported projects, compliance with the priority area issues in the TÜBİTAK call planning and the increase in the Technology Readiness Level, projects directly related to the priority R&D and innovation issues within the scope of Compliance with the Green Agreement, multi-disciplinary/disciplines are taken into account. Criteria such as international projects, University-University cooperation created within the scope of the project proposal and University-Industry cooperation created within the scope of the project proposal had an impact on the determination of the projects to be supported.

Congratulating the faculty members whose TÜBİTAK projects were accepted with the support of Atatürk University Project Development and Coordination Office, Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı emphasized that the steady rise in every field is the product of systematic studies carried out with the new generation university design and transformation project, and emphasized that they will develop incentives to increase the number of projects prepared at Atatürk University and policies that support faculty members.
