"Our Students Gain Experience by Managing a Project"
Prof. Dr. Ömer Çmaklı, Rector of Atatürk University, stated that the university has once again demonstrated the importance it places on scientific research and development activities with its success. He added that students gain experience by participating in projects supported by TÜBTAK. At the same time, he emphasized that these projects will contribute to the scientific and technological advancement of our country, adding: "As a university, we conduct research that generates universally qualified scientific knowledge, conduct R&D activities, develop technology, transform it into patents, and present the science it generates for the benefit of society. The objective of our activity is to transform our university into a specialized institution. We intend to surpass our existing standing with newly developed projects. Specifically, the studies that our students conduct with their advisors contribute positively to the development of a sense of belonging and the improvement of their academic performance. With these thoughts, I congratulate the valuable members of our university, who are pioneers in scientific studies, for the projects they have devised and wish them continued success."
