Starting with the dream of building an East university and leaving behind the 67th year of its educational experience with the realisation of this desire in 1957, Atatürk University is ready for its new students with the same excitement of the first day.

Once more registering its quality in education, Atatürk University—which will include the TQF logo in 39 courses in the Higher Education courses and Quotas Guide—ranked 2nd in the ranking of state universities and 3rd in the ranking of all universities in this field. One of the top universities in higher education, Atatürk University has graduated 572 thousand people thus far and actively offers education to 500 000 students; there are 430 graduate, 275 associate degree and undergraduate programmes overall.

Second University Opportunity devoid of Examination...

Rector çomaklı said with the start of the preference period that Atatürk University provides the possibility to have a second diploma to graduates from, are studying or will start any undergraduate or associate degree program of higher education institutions, provided they are not in the same field. Sports and Cultural Events
Ten sports halls, a 3000-seat stadium, two swimming pools, two sports complexes ( comprising tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts and a mini football field), a sports centre with international standards, a cafeteria, a reading hall with selected works, culture and art centres, bowling and billiards hall and a student centre with robotic coding areas at Atatürk University.
Student Clubs:
Atatürk University boasts about a hundred student groups. Apart from social, cultural, artistic, and athletic events, the clubs also highlight professional initiatives that support academic instruction by means of their activities guiding students' rest, enjoyment, and social involvement.
An environment of peace and trust
There are 600 indoor and outdoor security cameras on the university campus. By safeguarding the faculties, colleges, hotels, and entire campus against all kinds of negativities that can arise, the 350 staff members working at the Private Security and Protection Directorate Branch offer a safe and tranquil living opportunity.

Air, road, and rail links both domestically and internationally allow one to reach Erzurum. Students from other provinces satisfy their accommodation demands in 20 dormitories with a combined capacity of 30 thousand people belonging to KYK and over 200 private dorms and separate facilities within 5 minutes of the city centre.
Scholarships:
Through the Development Foundation of the institution, Atatürk institution grants scholarships to particularly outstanding students and those experiencing financial constraints. Furthermore applied in the Rectorate units is the "Part-time (Part-time) Student Employment Program".
- HEALTH Services
Regarding free health services, every student is covered by state guarantee. On the campus, one of Turkey's biggest hospitals, Research Hospital satisfies all students' medical needs twenty-four hours a day. Again, all kinds of dental treatment possibilities are offered together with emergency service for tooth disorders. Apart from offering pleasant services around-the-clock, the animal hospital, under the Mobile Animal Hospital Project, offers veterinary medical treatments to nearby villages on specific days of the week.
Social Awareness Activities
Atatürk University runs social awareness activities all year round. Working with the Social Sensitivity Projects Centre and student clubs, hundreds of social responsibility initiatives for all ecosystem players come to life.
Double and minor program opportunities:
Double major and minor education initiatives are under active execution at Atatürk University. With the double major program, students can have two different undergraduate diplomas in two different subjects or programs; with the minor program, they can obtain instruction in a field other than their own field. - GRADUATE TRACKING SYSTEM
