THE "WELCOME TO CAMPUS" ORIENTATION PROGRAM MARKED THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE 2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR AT ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY.

The "Welcome to Campus" Orientation Program was organized by Atatürk University to greet the 2024-2025 academic year. The program, which was designed to facilitate the rapid adjustment of new students to university life, commenced in the garden of the Garaj Reading Hall with great enthusiasm.

Numerous entities participated in the event, including student clubs, faculties, vocational schools, non-governmental organizations, and public institutions. Students will receive critical information regarding university life during the three-day program, which involved the opening of approximately 150 exhibits. Participants will have the chance to explore the university's social and academic opportunities by visiting the exhibits. They will also expedite their adjustment to the campus through a variety of activities.

The Erzurum Bar Team and the Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality Mehter Team performed to inaugurate the program, which exemplified the cultural heritage of Erzurum. The impassioned performances captivated the attention of both students and participants.

In his inaugural address, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu of Atatürk University expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity to greet the university's new students. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu furthered his address by extending his best wishes for a successful, healthy, and productive academic year. He stated, "Atatürk University is committed to providing its students with the highest quality education, as evidenced by its robust academic structure and deep-rooted history." We are honored to extend a warm welcome to our youth, who are the foundation of our future. Not only are the doors of our university broad open to you for academic success, but also for your personal, cultural, and social growth. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu underscored the significance of the orientation program, which was designed to facilitate the rapid integration of new students into the university. He extended his best wishes to all students for a successful academic year.

The "Welcome to Campus" Orientation Program will persist in its efforts to assist new students in their transition to university life by providing a variety of activities, hall programs, and information kiosks.
