“The More Our High-Quality Institutions Increase, The Faster This Country Will Go Forward”
Stating that higher education undertakes a very critical mission for the development of our country, Prof. Dr. Kalınlı: “Higher Education; The more qualified outputs such as R&D or human resources can produce, the further this country will go. For this reason, we need to make our higher education efficient in every sense. As a result, positive competition and solidarity among institutions are extremely important. The more highly qualified institutions we have, the faster this country will move forward. If we want to move a higher education institution forward and produce high value-added outputs, the motivation behind this is; The question will be, "How can we manage the institution as effectively and efficiently as possible with the existing resources and facilities? This situation necessitates strategic management even if the resources are sufficient. If we can build our systematics well, it will be possible to make higher education efficient and to obtain high value-added outputs."
