The "Labor Adaptation Program" is being implemented by Atatürk University in collaboration with İŞKUR to enhance the employability of its students and facilitate their transition to the business world. Undergraduate and graduate students will acquire valuable experience by participating in the academic and administrative activities of Atatürk University within the program, which will be open for applications from February 17-21, 2025.
According to Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the program provides a significant opportunity for students to advance in their careers. He also stated that Atatürk University is accountable for the academic and professional growth of its students. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu stated, "Our students will acquire professional experience and work discipline as a result of the program we have implemented with İŞKUR." "I encourage our students to capitalize on this advantageous opportunity," he stated.
The highest quota of 1750 students is at Atatürk University, where students will gain experience in a variety of fields, including academic and administrative activities, social service initiatives, digital transformation and innovation, and social and cultural activities. The objective is to ensure that students maintain their academic success by limiting their weekly work hours to a maximum of 22.5 hours. Depending on the number of working days, students who are enrolled in the program will receive a daily payment of 1083 TL and a monthly payment ranging from 4,332 TL to 12,996 TL.
Between February 17-21, 2025, students who wish to enroll in the program may submit an application through the e-branch, by calling Alo 170, or by visiting the İŞKUR provincial directorate in person. To be eligible for the program, one must satisfy the following requirements: be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, be a formal student at Atatürk University, and satisfy the other specified criteria.
