Hacımüftüoğlu: "A society that values women's strength is more optimistic about the future." This is the reason why Atatürk University will persist in its support of all initiatives that promote women's employment. Given these sentiments, I am exceedingly delighted to host a program of such social significance, and I extend my congratulations to all women on International Women's Day, March 8.

Minister Işıkhan expressed his gratitude to all women who work, produce, and advance our nation by extending his special congratulations to Meryem Kübra Alioğulları, who was awarded by Erzurum. We are currently active in the development of a variety of initiatives that aim to increase the representation of women in the workforce and to expand the scope of positive discrimination.
Vision of the "Turkish Century"
Minister Işıkhan expressed that Turkey has undergone a significant transformation over the past two decades, stating, "Our economy has grown, and our employment policies have been fortified." Nevertheless, it is imperative that we construct not only today, but also tomorrow. In fulfillment of our 'Turkey Century' objectives, we are striving to enhance the fairness and inclusivity of our social security system.
Career Programs for Youth: JOBS
Işıkhan mentioned that the employment policies that were specifically designed for women and young people have garnered significant attention, referencing the National Employment Strategy that was published last month. "It is equally crucial to prepare for the future as it is to secure employment." In this context, we are facilitating the participation of our university students in the workforce while they continue their education by introducing the İŞ-Kur Youth Program. This program has enabled them to acquire experience and earn income. Our objective is to ensure that this program benefits 200,000 of our students by the conclusion of 2025.
