Atatürk University supporting the struggle in Turkey about the universal pandemic Covid-19 with all its units has undertaken significant achievements in education and health.

Contributing to the country in the field of health with the vaccination and medication studies carried out during the pandemic process, Atatürk University plans to complete its 2020 academic year, which it successfully conducts via its online courses and exams, by making a great gesture to its graduates.

Striving to be always with its students during their education life and be supportive of them with all its opportunities thereafter, Atatürk University continues to motivate its students who has experienced a bittersweet graduation time because of the pandemic.

To support the universal fight with the pandemic and make it easier for the students living in cities other than Erzurum to get their diplomas, Student Affairs Office (OIDB) and Computer Science Research and Application Center (BAUM) have taken action with the contributions of the Open Education Faculty and with the orders of Rector Çomaklı for helping aproxiamately fifteen thousand students to get their diplomas  by cargo if they demand to be so.

Diplomas will be Sent Free of Charge

Stating that each student is a beyond price value for Atatürk University and emphasizing that every step was taken to satisfy the students, the Rector,  Prof. Ömer Çomaklı stated that thanks to the technological infrastructure of Atatürk University, all the bureaucratic and educational processes are transferred to digital environments: “Our students who are entitled to graduate can log in via the Student Information System (OBS) and request to get their diplomas in person or to be delivered them by cargo. We continue our efforts to provide our students, who can benefit from the related service free of charge by choosing between the two preferences, with the privileges of Atatürk University."

Rector Çomaklı stated that they have implemented many services for graduates and graduate candidates and that one of the prominent titles in this direction is the Graduate Information System. He emphasized that they can easily reach information about events, announcements, mentorship, career days and Erzurum Atatürk University Members and Graduates Association (ERATÜN) just registering the adress mezun.atauni.edu.tr.
