EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEED COOPERATION PROTOCOL FROM ATATURK UNIVERSITY
AYNE Tesisat Plastik Fabrikası, which is in the process of establishing operations in Erzurum, has entered into a significant partnership with Atatürk University. A vocational training course with employment guarantee will be conducted for 50 people (25 women, 25 men) to train "Plastic Products Manufacturing Workers" within the framework of the project, which is being conducted in collaboration with the Erzurum Governorship, Metropolitan Municipality, Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Provincial Directorate of Labour and Employment Agency, in order to contribute to the city's employment.
Governor Mustafa Çiftçi of Erzurum, Mayor Mehmet Sekmen of the Metropolitan Municipality, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu of Atatürk University, President Saim Özakalın of the Erzurum Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Provincial Director Abdulkadir Mutlu of the Labour and Employment Agency signed the protocol. The objective of the signed cooperation protocol is to establish a qualified workforce in the city and to guarantee the training of the qualified personnel required at the AYNE Tesisat Plastik Fabrikası.
The course will be employment-focused and will last for six months.
İŞKUR will provide trainees with a daily allowance of 653.93 TL and will also cover their general health insurance premiums during the six-month training program, which commences on October 14, 2024 and concludes on April 25, 2025. Trainees who effectively conclude their training will be employed at the AYNE Tesisat Plastik factory.
Sink syphons, bathtub trolleys, shower trolleys, plastic floor drains, toilet seats and concealed cisterns are among the products that AYNE Tesisat Plastik Factory intends to produce by the conclusion of 2024. The company anticipates employing a total of 150 people.

In his evaluation of this significant collaboration, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu of Atatürk University underscored the university's ongoing dedication to the city's employment through its Vocational Schools. He also stated that the university has always placed a high value on industrial collaborations and offers full support to projects that will add value to the city in this context.
Rector Hacımüftüoğlu, who declared that this protocol will enhance the value of both the university and Erzurum, stated, "We are mobilising all of our resources, including infrastructure support for employment and training." This action is intended to enhance Erzurum's industrial infrastructure and expand the city's workforce. The local economy will be revitalised and the region will be developed by the partnership between AYNE Tesisat Plastik and Atatürk University, which will generate new job opportunities. We will maintain our uninterrupted efforts to fortify the partnership between universities and industries.
