ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY RANKS 5TH AMONG UNIVERSITIES PRODUCING PROJECTS
The academics, who received support from various programs with the projects they have developed at Atatürk University, continue to make the name of Atatürk University known on all platforms, in addition to their contribution to science.
10 projects developed within this scope and presented within the scope of the "1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program" in the 1st term of 2022 were entitled to receive direct support, enabling Atatürk University to be ranked 5th among the universities producing projects. In the ongoing process, 3 more out of 5 projects were given support after they obtained C+, which made it possible to apply again without waiting for the next term. Congratulatory visits were made to the academicians who were the project coordinators whose projects were accepted to be worthy of support.

Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı presented his congratulations, who was accompanied by the Dean of Faculty of Agriculture Prof. Dr. Önder Çalmaşur, Kazım Karabekir Faculty, Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Ufuk Şimşek and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries Assoc. Dr. Gökhan Arslan. They met with Prof. Dr. Haluk Çaglar Kaymak, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yilmaz and Prof. Dr. Saltuk Bugrahan Ceyhun whose projects received approval, which made it possible to apply without waiting for the next period within the scope of the 1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program in the 1st term of 2022.
Expressing that Atatürk University, which was chosen as a Research University as a result of rector Çomaklı's vision and the outstanding efforts of the University members, will give more support to the scientists, Prof. Dr. Ayşe Bayrakçeken Yurtcan said that the steps taken for the formation and dissemination of the project culture have paid off, and that she has full faith that new successes will come with the necessary support in the next process.
