Azerbaijan Ambassador Hazar İbrahim, the Rector of Nakhichevan State University Prof. Dr. M. Salih Haydaroğlu, Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kars Nuri Guliyev, Deputy Consul General of Georgia in Trabzon Giorgi Qeshitashvili and Undersecretary of Education of  Azerbaijan Republic Embassy  in Ankara Doc. Dr. Necibe Nesibova who came to attend to the symposium “ Haydar Aliyev and Turkish World”  which was held in Erzurum Ataturk University  for the memory of Azerbaijan National Leader Haydar Aliyev  visited the Rector Omer Çomaklı in his office.

The  Rector Çomaklı: “International Students are the member of Our Family” 

The Rector of Ataturk University Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı who stated that the old friendship between Turkey and Azerbaijan is lending impetus both countries also said that: “It is necessary to practise the slogan “one nation two states” to education, too.  Our students from Azerbaijan who study at our university forms the most of the international students. We are using every means available to help them. We aim to the brotherhood between the universities by student exchanging programs. We are adding these students of us to the agenda of the meeting we make with Civil Society Organisations, and we are informed about our foreign students with the help of the system we build. We are organising events regularly for the socialising of these students to whom we provide opportunity of scholarships. They are a member of our family, do not worry about it. In these days when the bonds between these two countries strengthened, thank you for your visit to our city and university.”

 “A  Turkish World in Union Means a Peaceful World”

Azerbaijan Ambassador Hazar  İbrahim who said that they are always feeling the presence of Turkey at their  side stated “Now Turkey is a dominant, powerful country in its region. Our goal  is to advance in the way of powerful army, strong economy and powerful foreign  policy. A Turkish World which is developed and in unity means a peaceful World.

All the unites begin and  become widespread between brothers first. For this reason, that our combining  the power, sharing our experience and making the plans together is necessary. We  know the place and importance of Azerbaijan in Turkey. We are expressing our  gratitude for this brotherhood to Turkey. Besides, I am thankful on behalf of  me and my country for the hospitality you show the students who came for our country.
