GREAT SUCCESS FROM ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) Scientist Support Department (BİDEB) organized every year by 2242 coded College Students Research Project Competition was marked by the Ataturk University Computer Engineering Department.
Prepared as all undergraduate graduation projects in consultation with Dr. Lecturer Deniz Dal from Computer Engineering Department, 6 projects were invited to Erzurum Exhibition Area following the pre-assessment phase of the competition, which was organized in 4 regions across Turkey
In the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Category; Furkan Kuşçu, Sait Özbey and Sümeyya Şüheda Ceylan with Real-Time Translation Smart Glasses Project, Osman Arda Demir with the Project of Monitoring and Victim Protection System in the Scope of Probation, Serdar Kurdal with her Smart Glasses Project with Artificial Intelligence for the Hearing Impaired, winning the first prize in Erzurum Regional Exhibition Turkey won the right to participate in the Final Exhibition.
Again Artificial Intelligence Supported Audio Processor Smart Glasses Project for the Hearing Impaired prepared by Serdar Kurdal was third in Turkey in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship category.
In the final exhibition, prepared by Mert Aksoy and Omar Diar Bakerly the project 'Development of a Portable Device to Accelerate Physical Therapy Process of Individuals with Lower Feet Diagnosis with Functional Electrical Stimulation' ranked first in Turkey Project Health category.
Ataturk University Students Got High in Different Projects
Technology Competition for the Benefit of Humanity in Education Technologies Category; Yusuf Bayram and Kübra Kablan won the first place with their Virtual Clinic project; the Team Typhoon Team took place the fourth degree in Jet Engine Design Competition, atauni Rocket Competition Rocket Team Team Medium Altitude - 7th place; Kayra Team Rocket Medium Altitude - 16th place, and Tturks Rocket Medium Altitude - T the 16th.
In the UAV Competition ATA NOVA Team took the 20th place in Turkey at Rotary Wing Category in General Rankings; TURUMTAY team 29th place t Rotary Wing Category in General Rankings
The winning students exhibited their projects within the scope of TEKNOFEST 2020, the world's largest Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, held in Gaziantep on 24-27 September 2020. In the award ceremony held on the third day of the festival, they received their awards from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
