EMPHASIS ON ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY FROM VICE PRESIDENT YILMAZ

"The Works of Atatürk University Will Influence the Future of the Region"

 Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, who was in attendance at the Northeastern Anatolia Career Fair (KUDAKAF'25) hosted by Atatürk University to assist students in moulding their career paths, underscored the significance of Atatürk University for the region and the nation with forceful statements.

 Rector Hacımüftüoğlu: "We Make a Contribution to the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and Sectoral Experience"

 During the inaugural ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu expressed his gratitude to Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz for his participation in KUDAKAF'25, which demonstrated his commitment to human capital and young people. Hacımüftüoğlu emphasised that career planning has evolved in the contemporary era of digital transformation and that Atatürk University is making significant efforts to provide young individuals with the necessary competencies. He also stated that Atatürk University not only provides academic knowledge but also takes significant measures to contribute to the sectoral experience and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

 Rector Hacımüftüoğlu underscored the fact that the Northeastern Anatolia Career Fair facilitates direct communication between students and the business world, as well as the gathering of young talents and sector representatives. He also observed that projects like the BÖKAP Project Type, which are conducted in collaboration with regional universities, offer faculty members additional project support and contribute to regional development by preventing brain drain.

 Yılmaz: "Atatürk University is the Engine of the Region"

 Upon assuming the podium, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz underscored the historical, cultural, and strategic significance of Erzurum. Yılmaz emphasised the significant role of Atatürk University in this process, asserting that Erzurum is the gateway to Anatolia and that this historical mission persists today through research in the disciplines of science and education.

 Yılmaz asserted that Atatürk University is a driving force for development not only in Erzurum but also throughout the Eastern Anatolia Region. He further expressed that the socio-economic structure of the cities in the region will evolve as Atatürk University's science and technology production capacity increases. The region will develop to a greater extent as the university becomes more robust.

 Vice President Yılmaz claimed that the welfare of the region's residents will be directly affected by the support provided to education and scientific research. He also pledged to provide all essential support to Atatürk University's vision projects. Yılmaz stated that the steps to be taken from now on, similar to the work done by Atatürk University to date, will provide significant gains, emphasising that the projects developed by the university are not limited to academic achievements but have become the key to regional development. He also expressed his hopes that KUDAKAF will be beneficial.

 Presentation of the University's Vision Projects

 Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz and his delegation conducted a tour of the fairgrounds subsequent to the protocol speeches. Hosted by Rector Prof Dr  Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, Yılmaz was presented with vision projects at the Atatürk University stand. These projects will contribute to the university's development. Hacımüftüoğlu asserted that these initiatives will generate substantial benefits for the university, as well as the regional economy and the country's higher education system.

 After the presentation, Cevdet Yılmaz, who conducted evaluations, stated that the vision proposed by Atatürk University is of significant significance for regional development and that they will consistently provide the university with support.

 As part of the KUDAKAF'25 visit, Vice President Yılmaz posed for a commemorative photo with the pupils who attended the fair. The young people were motivated by the meeting, which took place in an amicable environment. The KUDAKAF'25 organisation was inscribed in memory as a significant milestone in terms of the region's education and career objectives.
