THE HANDOVER CEREMONY WAS CONDUCTED AT DAYTAM.
An crucial handover ceremony was conducted by the Eastern Anatolian High Technology Application and Research Center (DAYTAM), which is operated by Atatürk University. The Director of DAYTAM, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah Kılıç, transferred his responsibilities to Assoc. Prof. Bilal Nişancı. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the rector of Atatürk University, attended the ceremony.
During the transition ceremony, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah Kılıç expressed his satisfaction with the work that has been completed at DAYTAM to date and shared his joy in working with a team that has appropriately fulfilled this responsibility. Kılıç underscored the significance of the center's contributions on a regional and national scope and extended his best wishes to Nişancı, who assumed his responsibilities in his new role.
Nişancı, having assumed his responsibilities, has pledged to collaborate with the entire team to advance DAYTAM's vision. He declared that the technical apparatus and scientific infrastructure of the center will enable the implementation of additional projects in the fields of applied research and advanced technologies. Additionally, he stated that they will strive to enhance DAYTAM's recognition in both national and international arenas.

In his address at the ceremony, Rector Hacımüftüoğlu of Atatürk University expressed his gratitude to Kılıç for his invaluable contributions to date. DAYTAM is one of the most tangible manifestations of the university's commitment to scientific and technological research, according to Rector Hacımüftüoğlu. "DAYTAM is a center that elevates the scientific and technological research capabilities of our university and enhances its national and regional reputation." It enhances the quality of academic studies and fortifies the university's industrial partnerships by offering a platform for the conduct of innovative research and advanced technology. This facility is instrumental in the university's research and development objectives, and it also makes substantial contributions to the region. We recognize the critical significance of DAYTAM not only for our university but also for the entire region and country. Consequently, I am entirely confident that Nişancı, who succeeded Kılıç in this relay race, will fulfill this obligation correctly," he stated.
