ERASMUS DAYS 2021 CELEBRATED AT ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY
Atatürk University Foreign Relations Office, within the scope of Erasmus Days, which is celebrated simultaneously with all European countries in different world countries this year between 14-15-16 October 2021, experienced students related to Erasmus+ Exchange and European Solidarity Programs between 14-15 October. Minutes! Boost Your Erasmus with the Tips!” It brought together the students of our University with the student experience sharing and photography exhibition organized with the theme.
Students who made presentations on Erasmus+ Exchange and European Solidarity Programs; They shared their experiences on many issues from Erasmus+ Programs to the advantages of KA107 and KA103 countries, from grant support given within the scope of exchange program to applying to volunteer projects.
Students who traveled to various countries, especially Albania, Hungary, Portugal, Spain and Italy, shared their experiences within the scope of the programs that provide individual support and many other advantages for studying in European countries and performing voluntary activities. Within the scope of the event, each student talked about the culture, language and way of life of the country they went to, and also talked about how to live with the support provided within the scope of the relevant programs.
All Aspects of the Process were Handled
Students who said that the most important experience when it comes to Erasmus is cultural interaction: "The most crucial point of Erasmus is cultural interaction. Throughout the process, we contributed to our personal development by making friends from even the farthest corners of the world, from China to Brazil. It is not possible to find an opportunity elsewhere. Such an organization where everyone in your environment is from a different nationality is an opportunity not to be missed.”
Stating that processes such as Erasmus and ESC Programs selection process, finding a place for internship and accommodation, visa procedures should not be expanded, the students stated that discovering new places is worth everything.
