The implementation of the "7-dimensional strategic model in digital transformation" at Atatürk University, which was created as part of the project, represents an unprecedented approach to assessing the digital capabilities of academic institutions, establishing strategies and objectives for digitalization, and regularly monitoring and enhancing these capabilities.
