Presidency of Religious Affairs General Director of Religious Publications Assoc. Dr. Fatih Kurt, Erzurum Provincial Mufti Rüstem Can, Head of Zakat Services Department Turgut Erhan and Head of Program and Material Development Department Muammer Şahin paid a visit to Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı in his office.

Stating that they closely followed the works of Atatürk University and the Faculty of Theology in particular, Assoc. Dr. Fatih Kurt stated that as the Presidency of Religious Affairs they would be pleased to carry out joint projects with the University, and thanked Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı for his hospitability

Providing information about the publications of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Assoc. Dr. Kurt said that they work meticulously as members of an institution that has undertaken the responsibility of enlightening the society on religion and providing guidance on religious issues.

Rector Çomaklı stated that as Atatürk University, they have the most rooted Faculty of Theology in Türkiye, and that the work of the Faculty is appreciated in the national and international arena. Stating that they would be happy to do joint projects with the Presidency of Religious Affairs and to obtain beneficial results for the society, Prof. Dr. Çomaklı thanked his guests for their kind visit.
