Reaching a wide audience thanks to its international publication and internet access, Science AAAS included the Eastern Anatolian Observatory in its issue published on March 4, 2020. In this context, Science said, "Turkish scientists are looking forward to the completion of the East Anatolian Observatory (DAG), which has a 4-meter optical and infrared telescope, which is expected to be online next year."
