PROF. DR. ÇADIRCI WAS DEEMED WORTHY OF THE ACADEMY OF PHARMACY 2023 SCIENCE AWARD
The Turkish Pharmacists' Association Pharmacy Academy 2023 Science Award, which is presented by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association Pharmacy Academy to scientists who have made significant contributions to pharmaceutical sciences at the universal level with their scientific research and studies, was awarded to Prof. Dr. Elif Çadırcı, Faculty Member of Atatürk University.
Prof. Dr. Elif Çadırcı, Head of the Department of Medical Pharmacology of the Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Institute of Health Sciences, who was previously awarded the incentive award given to outstanding young researchers under the age of 40 by the Turkish Pharmacists' Association Academy of Pharmacy in 2012, achieved a significant success by receiving the Pharmacy Academy 2023 Science Award.
Prof. Dr. Çadırcı received her award from Ankara University Rector and former MP Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar. Arman Üney and Erzurum Chamber of Pharmacists President Pharm. A. Caner Güven also took part.
Prof. Dr. Çadırcı stated that she was proud to be awarded the Pharmacy Academy Science Award, which has been given by the Turkish Pharmacists Association Pharmacy Academy since 2005, and thanked Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı for the value and support he gives to scientists, stating that they will always work to carry the name of Atatürk University upwards with their contributions to pharmaceutical sciences.
Stating that the awarding of the Pharmacy Academy 2023 Science Award to a faculty member from Atatürk University is a source of happiness for the university, Rector Prof. Dr. Çomaklı congratulated Prof. Dr. Elif Çadırcı for the success achieved.
"This award is a fruit of the knowledge and experience of our university as well as the importance it attaches to research and development. This and similar achievement awards will be a source of motivation for our academicians in their studies and will give them strength, momentum and energy." Rector Çomaklı emphasised that all academicians who will pave the way for our country by shaping the world of science will always be supported.
