John Silver, Educational Attaché of the Embassy of the United States of America in Ankara, was the guest of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, Rector of Atatürk University. During the meeting, joint projects that can be implemented in various fields, especially education, between Atatürk University and the US Embassy were discussed.

In the meeting, which took place in a sincere atmosphere, while exchanging ideas on the development of cooperation opportunities between the two institutions, important decisions were taken regarding the areas of joint work.

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu thanked Education Attaché John Silver for his kind visit and valuable contributions to the cooperation process and emphasised that such meetings will further strengthen the relations between the parties.

At the end of the visit, it was agreed on the steps to be taken to improve mutual cooperation.
