OCTOBER SCIENTIFIC INCENTIVE CEREMONY WAS HELD

Atatürk University, which rewards academicians who make the name of the university known in the national and international scientific community with their scientific studies, continues its Scientific Incentive Ceremonies in line with the principle of "Respect for labour and appreciation of success: The efforts made are respected and achievements are recognised", Atatürk University continues its Scientific Incentive Ceremonies.

The awards of the faculty members who applied in October for their research activities within the scope of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project were given by Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı.

Rector Çomaklı, who presented the awards to the academicians who stood out with their publications, patents, projects and companies in the Culture Centre 15 July National Will Hall, congratulated the academicians for their research-based studies and achievements.

Stating that all staff who work, produce and contribute to the development of the country are supported in every aspect, Rector Çomaklı said that Atatürk University should always be one step ahead with studies worthy of its ancient past.

"Our University Continued Its Success by Placing in A2 Category"

Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı emphasised that these awards are actually the awards received at the end of an academic accumulation and said: "The work of our academicians so far is the result of their tendency to tend more to scientific publications by sacrificing their social lives."

Rector Çomaklı: "These efforts also return to us as success. As you know, our university, where important breakthroughs have been made in terms of serving the society as well as scientific and research-development studies, was in the A3 category in the 2021 performance ranking of Research Universities, and continued its success by placing in the A2 category as a result of performance evaluations with the indicator. I hope that next year, thanks to you, we will be placed in the A1 category, which is our main goal."
