ENTREPRENEUR SUPPORT PROGRAM CONTINUES WITH SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS IN ERZURUM

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB) conducted the Erzurum selections of the Entrepreneur Support Program, which were hosted by Atatürk University..

Entrepreneurs in Erzurum presented their proposals to the jury as part of the program that was implemented to support new businesses in priority sectors in accordance with Turkey's strategic objectives. The selections included 12 entrepreneurial ventures that had successfully completed the pre-selection.


The presentations were meticulously assessed by the jury, which included Atatürk University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu, KOSGEB Provincial Director Lütfullah Aktaş, KOSGEB Capacity Development Director Mehmet Fatih Aydın, Industry and Technology Provincial Director Mustafa Küçükler, and Northeastern Anatolia Development Agency (KUDAKA) Secretary General Oktay Güven. The entrepreneurial teams' projects were meticulously evaluated by the jury members in accordance with criteria such as sustainability, applicability, and innovative ideas.

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu expressed his satisfaction with Atatürk University's contribution to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Erzurum, emphasizing that the KOSGEB support program presents significant opportunities for youth entrepreneurs. Çavuşoğlu emphasized that Erzurum has the potential to implement innovative business concepts in the region and that they will always be by the side of entrepreneurs, as Atatürk University.

KOSGEB will provide support and introduce successful projects to the business community as a result of the selections. The objective of the support initiative is to expedite regional development and establish new business sectors in Erzurum.
