QUALITY EDUCATION OF THE FACULTY OF NURSING REGISTERED
The Quality Education by the Faculty of Nursing was Accredited by HEPDAK for 2 Years
Atatürk University Faculty of Nursing has been granted accreditation by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Nursing Education Programs (HEPDAK), which aims to improve nursing education programs.
Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı made the following remarks: "As a result of the application made for the general evaluation of the Nursing Undergraduate Program, the Faculty of Nursing, which has been accredited for two years with the completion of all necessary examinations and visits, deserves to receive the accreditation certificate on this path, which it has set out to increase the quality of nursing education, to strengthen its scientific infrastructure and to put its signature under important studies, as in the rest of the university. Accreditation is an important indicator of quality and development."

Rector Çomaklı stated that a significant increase was observed in patent applications, R&D studies, publications and accreditation rates, especially with the start of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project. He also said: “We are working hard to bring our university to a higher point it deserves. We have accomplished successful works regarding our quality and accreditation target, which we see as an important step in our Research University process. In order to increase the visibility of our university in the national and international arena and to register the quality education it provides, we get mobilized for all our units to be accredited. In this context, our Faculty of Nursing was entitled to receive the HEPDAK's accreditation certificate on this path that it embarked on in order to strengthen its scientific infrastructure and to achieve successful studies. I would like to thank all our academic and administrative staff for their efforts and wish a successful education process.”
