3 DEPARTMENTS OF FEAS ACCREDITED FOR 3 YEARS

Various faculties and programmes continue to be accredited at Atatürk University, which has made significant strides in accreditation in higher education, which is a system that allows institutions to evaluate themselves in terms of performance standards and at the same time to be externally evaluated by authorised accreditation bodies.

As a result of the evaluations carried out in this context, the undergraduate daytime programmes of the Business Administration, International Trade and Logistics and Management Information Systems Departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences were accredited by the Social Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association (STAR) for 3 years until 27 March 2026.

"Other Programmes are at the Application Stage for Accreditation"

Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı stated that accreditation is the registration of the service provided in an institution and the compliance of the education with the standards and regulations and said that it is pleasing that 3 departments in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences are accredited.

Rector Çomaklı stated that other programmes in the faculty are also in the process of applying for accreditation: "Accreditation is a reputable certificate that certifies that units and departments have standards of excellence. Quality assurance is possible by continuously improving the quality of leadership, management and quality, education and training, research and development and social contribution. Our faculty will continue to continue its services towards the vision of being a faculty that anticipates, comprehends and directs change for the sake of a better and sustainable life with the mission of contributing to the development of people, society and institutions, which are the basic elements of life."
