First Class Police Chief Levent Tuncer, who was appointed as Erzurum Provincial Police Department from the position of Head of Public Security Department by the Police Chiefs' Decree, paid a return visit to Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı.

Welcoming his guest Tuncer in the office of the Rector, Prof. Dr. Çomaklı expressed his satisfaction with the visit and emphasized the importance of inter-institutional cooperation.

Rector Çomaklı, who stated that both institutions have always united under a common denominator from past to present, emphasized that they are working with the Provincial Police Department to ensure campus security, since students will start face-to-face education in the new academic year.

Provincial Director Tuncer, who stated that he was pleased to be appointed to Erzurum and to serve this ancient city, stated that he continued his visits with the thought of what kind of cooperation we would act with.

Levent Tuncer, who thanked Rector Çomaklı for his hospitality, said that he would serve the people of Erzurum, who approached him wholeheartedly.

The visit ended with goodwill wishes.
