Shortly before the start of the new academic year,  Visiting Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, Erzurum Provincial Police Chief Levent Tuncer wished success to Rector Çomaklı and Atatürk University in the new term.
Stating that there are cooperations with Atatürk University in many areas, especially in security, Tuncer stated that there will be intense mobility throughout the campus and the city when the students come to Erzurum, and that the Provincial Police Department will take the necessary security measures in this case.

Levent Tuncer thanked Rector Çomaklı for his hospitality and wished the new academic year to be beneficial to Erzurum and Atatürk University.

Rector Çomaklı, who stated that both institutions have always come together under a common denominator, emphasized that they are working with the Provincial Security Directorate to ensure campus security in the 2022-2023 academic year, as in the past.

Noting that the university has completed its preparations for the new term, Rector Çomaklı said that thanks to the cooperation with various institutions, students will be able to continue their education in a peaceful and safe manner.
