Human Resources Office Asset Management Training Completed
With the New Generation University Design and Transformation project carried out within the New Council of Higher Education Vision framework, Atatürk University continues its efforts to make all assets effective and efficient within the scope of efforts to establish asset management.
In this context, the Atatürk University Movable Registration Management System Legislation technical training program was organized online in the first and second week of February in cooperation with the Continuing Education Application and Research Center (ATASEM) and the Human Resources Office.
In the study, where it is important to monitor and evaluate all assets from a single point of view for corporate strategies, managerial processes and operational decisions, important information about assets was collected and analyzed at a single point. The study also aimed to strengthen operations by increasing the operability, reliability and efficiency of assets.
On the other hand, "Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018" Legislation Training and Storage and Stock Management training was also organized to refresh the legislative information of the managers and personnel working in this field, as a basis for the studies for the establishment of the asset portfolio (assets within the scope of the asset management system).
Speaking on the subject, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, corporate assets; Stating that it consists of information assets, financial assets, intangible assets, physical assets and human assets, he said that these assets should always be protected. In this sense, Rector Çomaklı emphasized that they consider everything that Atatürk University owns or controls to produce value and has economic value as assets. It is underlined that it could happen.
