RECORD-BREAKING PARTICIPATION AT KUDAKAF'25: THE INITIAL STEP IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR CAREERS WAS TAKEN BY YOUNG PEOPLE.

The Northeastern Anatolia Career Fair (KUDAKAF'25), which is one of the largest career events in our country and is hosted by Atatürk University, was successfully concluded with a high level of enthusiasm and ardent participation. On April 25-26, 2025, the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Fair Center hosted the event, which was a record-breaker with the attendance of approximately 65,000 students. It remains one of the largest career fairs in Turkey.

At the fair, which was attended by over 200 private and public institutions, students were able to directly engage with sector representatives in the disciplines they were studying, thereby influencing their careers. In addition to job and apprenticeship opportunities, young individuals were provided with a distinctive experience through two days of one-on-one interviews, panels, and personal and professional development activities. KUDAKAF'25, which provided students with the opportunity to take advantage of internships, established a pathway for them to enter the business world with greater confidence following their graduation.

Theme-Based Guidance for Young People: "Talent is Everywhere"

Under the supervision of Atatürk University and with the assistance of stakeholder universities, KUDAKAF'25 was successfully executed with the theme "Talent is Everywhere." In the course of the event, institutions and organizations that established booths conducted individual meetings with students and graduates, received employment and internship applications, and provided comprehensive information regarding career opportunities.

At the fair's inauguration, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu stated, "This exceptional organization serves as an illustration of our institution's vision and the enhanced readiness of our students for the future." We are delighted to welcome sector representatives and youthful talent from across Turkey to Erzurum once more.

Rector Hacımüftüoğlu: "Our Youth Have Access to Job Opportunities"

Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu stated that career fairs significantly contribute to the employment of young people and the future of our country. He also stated, "We have successfully concluded another two-day full fair." By conducting individual meetings with sector representatives, our students developed critical relationships. Young talents were identified by participating organizations. We are delighted of the fact that KUDAKAF'25 was highly productive for our country and region. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the students, participating companies, stakeholder universities, and colleagues who made contributions to the fair.

Students were provided with comprehensive information regarding sectoral requirements and prospects.

Through the interview simulations, training seminars, and career forums that were conducted as part of KUDAKAF'25, young individuals were able to acquire valuable insights into the expectations of the business world and increase their knowledge. Students who aspire to direct their careers were afforded the opportunity to more consciously formulate their own career plans by obtaining comprehensive information regarding sectoral requirements and prospects during their meetings with human resources representatives.

KUDAKAF'25, which was effectively concluded, not only revitalized Erzurum but also the entire Northeastern Anatolia region. A robust conduit was established between the business world and the youth as a result of the synergy generated by the fair. The youth's career journeys will continue to be supported and accompanied by Atatürk University and stakeholder institutions.

The SOLOTÜRK team delivered a presentation at the conclusion of KUDAKAF'25.
