MAY SCIENTIFIC INCENTIVE CEREMONY WAS HELD

Atatürk University holds its annual Scientific Incentive Ceremonies, which aim to recognize and honor the academic achievements of scholars who contribute to the university's reputation through their scientific research.

Under the purview of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project, the faculty members who submitted applications in May for their research endeavors in 2023 were bestowed with their awards by Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, Rector of Atatürk University.

During the award ceremony held at July 15 National Will Hall, Rector Çomaklı extended his congratulations to the distinguished academicians who have demonstrated exceptional performance in their publications, patents, and projects. He emphasized the significance of research-based studies and achievements, highlighting the importance of Atatürk University's continuous pursuit of excellence in line with its rich historical legacy.

Our university holds a significant position within the realm of scientific research and academia.

The significance of Atatürk University is further demonstrated by its extensive scientific endeavors since its inception. Rector Çomaklı highlights the university's consistent pursuit of excellence in projects, patents, publications, research and development, and activities that contribute to societal welfare.

Professor Dr. Çomaklı expresses satisfaction in acknowledging that the aim has been successfully realized through the diligent pursuit of research, thereby elevating our university to a scientifically advanced position. We also consistently acknowledge and appreciate the accomplishments attained under the guiding principle that ingenuity is deserving of praise. Today, we aimed to bestow accolades upon our esteemed faculty members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievement in their contributions to the program we have meticulously orchestrated. Our research endeavors persist in the realm of scientific publications, a highly competitive domain. However, it is imperative that we expand and augment our scholarly output to encompass a broader range of topics and increase our publication count. As the university administration, we will persist in implementing the current course of action. I express my gratitude for your representation of our university through works that possess the potential to exert influence in both the national and international spheres. Furthermore, I extend my well wishes for your ongoing achievements.
