Atatürk University, which started face-to-face education in all programs in the 2021-2022 academic year, completed the graduation ceremonies and bid farewell to its students.

The spring semester at Atatürk University, which is shown as one of the largest and deep-rooted universities in Turkey with 60 thousand formal and 500 thousand open and distance education students; will end with the summer school after the final and make-up exams.

While students studying at associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels graduate by completing all stages in the field of education, registration will begin at the summer school opened for students who continue their education to increase their grades. Atatürk University, which graduated a total of 52 thousand students in the 2021-2022 academic year, 40 thousand of whom were in open and distance education and 12 thousand in formal education, has graduated a total of 616 thousand students since the 1958-1959 academic year.

Stating that the parents are happy to educate the students they have entrusted to Atatürk University and graduate them, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı said that after a long break, all departments that started face-to-face education experienced the excitement of graduation.

Rector Çomaklı stated that the 2021-2022 academic year was a productive period in terms of scientific achievements and said: “Atatürk University; With 65 years of experience, technological infrastructure, current information processing, distance education experience, learning and teaching development activities, digital transformation studies, academic and administrative staff competence, it continues to serve its country by acting with the principle of "Always Forward in the Service of Life". Our university, which transfers its existing knowledge and experience to the society, will continue this mission in the new academic year. With these thoughts, we wish our graduates good luck and wish our current students success in their studies.”
