Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı was paid a visit by AK Party Provincial Women's Branch Head Beyza Saltuklu Özdemir and Erzurum AK Party Deputy Fatma Öncü.

Deputy Öncü, who was accompanied by Vice Rector Ayşe Bayrakçeken Yurtcan, wished the Atatürk University family well for the spring semester of 2023-2024 and discussed the university's significance in the advancement of the region.

According to Öncü, Atatürk University serves as a focal point for the region and its New Generation Vision contributes significantly to the enhancement of higher education in the country. Furthermore, the university's trained scientists convert knowledge into value.

Öncü, who claims to closely monitor the university's progress, congratulated Rector Çomaklı on the ongoing and completed projects and expressed that it is a source of honor for Atatürk University to be commemorated in the Turkish Grand National Assembly for its accomplishments.

Rector Çomaklı declared that the Atatürk University community is committed to undertaking endeavors that benefit humanity and society at large. He proceeded to provide updates on the university's ongoing projects, research, and current circumstances.

Rector Çomaklı declared their unity and collaboration with all pertinent individuals, institutions, and organizations, with a particular emphasis on provincial deputies, to expedite the university's development process. He further expressed his willingness to offer assistance in any necessary domain.
