The Atatürk University Dean of Students hosted an event called the "Atatürk University Clubs, Communities and Teams Information Meeting" at the Nenehatun Cultural Center.

The Dean of Students, the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports, the Digital Transformation Office, the Computer Science Research and Application Center, and the Corporate Communications Directorate units, as well as the academic advisors, presidents, team leaders, and members of many club organizations, were present at the event.

Important information was provided by the Assistant Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students, Dr. Meral Oltulu, about the regulations in the Club Directive and the use and operation of the University Information Management System (ÜBYS) activity tracking system for student activities. So the student club groups and teams working within the university can carry out their activities in a faster and more controlled manner. After the conclusion of the presentation, Research Assistant Mustafa Furkan Keskenler from the Digital Transformation Office created an application and introduced the Activity Tracking System.

After the academic advisors and members had their questions answered during the information meeting, the conference came to a close.
