SEARCH FOR COMMON MIND CONTINUES
The search for common mind continues within the scope of the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project launched to determine the future vision of Atatürk University.
In this context, Rector of Atatürk University who made various meetings. Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı continues to exchange ideas with internal and external stakeholders. Within the framework of university and society collaboration Rector Çomaklı who met with Chief Public Prosecutor of Erzurum Regional Court Ünal Bingül, Aziziye Mayor M. Cevdet Orhan, Yakutiye Mayor Mahmut Uçar and Erzurum BARO President Talat Göğebakan, who came to visit to contribute to the consultation culture and to strengthen the communication bridge established between the university and stakeholders, stated his content about the visit.
“We are actualizing projects that will strengthen cooperation”
Rector Çomaklı stated that they have strengthened the relations with all internal and external stakeholders since the day they took office and said that they have come together with their guests in many activities, social responsibility projects, conferences and panels.Çomaklı who pointed out that they took important steps towards the development of the city and the region, said “Atatürk University that is elebrating its 63rd foundation year, continues to contribute to the country's higher education and the development of the region with its well-equipped basis and trained human resources.We compete with world universities in the light of the works we carry out in line with the new YÖK vision. We are happy to use this knowledge for the development of our city. ”
Stating that they have implemented projects that will strengthen the cooperation with public institutions and local administrations until today, Çomaklı said that this partnership will continue increasingly in the coming period and thanked the guests for their visit of courtesy.

Stating that Atatürk University is very valuable for the city and that they benefit from their knowledge and experience to the maximum extent, the guests said that they will continue to work in collaboration from now on.During the meeting, where ideas were exchanged regarding investments and projects, the guests added that they knew the importance of the university for Erzurum on the way to the exemplary and modern city, they will work in cooperation on the occasion of joint projects, and they will carry out the activities that will actuate Erzurum by the university-society cooperation.
