HOSTED BY ATATÜRK UNIVERSITY, PALANDÖKEN ANESTHESIA DAYS TAKES PLACE

The 6th "Palandöken Anesthesia Days" symposiums, traditionally held in November every year by Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, were held with high participation this year.

In the symposium held at Atatürk University Cultural Center on Saturday, November 26, in cooperation with the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation (TARD), the theme of "What Monitoring Gains Us" was discussed throughout the practice of Anesthesiology and Reanimation.

 The program started with the speech of the Symposium President Prof. Dr. Canan Atalay, and continued with the speeches of the 2nd President of the Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation Prof. Dr. Ali Fuat Erdem and Atatürk University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ayşe Bayrakçeken Yurtcan. It was held in 6 panels, accompanied by 8 speakers, 12 chairpersons and 126 registered participants.

Symposium President Prof. Dr. Canan Atalay stated that this and similar symposiums are very important in terms of guiding those who want to specialize in the field of Anesthesiology and Reanimation and improving the knowledge and skills of specialist physicians and said: Every year, we keep our knowledge up-to-date and provide new information about the field with the various opinions and suggestions of our participants. As always, I believe that with the active participation and contribution of our esteemed colleagues in scientific programs, this meeting will not only contribute to keeping post-expertise knowledge alive, but also create a motivation for all of us with new information and ideas. I would like to thank all the participants, especially our Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı, who did not spare his support for the scientific program of this institutionalized event, and our dear colleagues who took part in the event and shared their knowledge with us, and all my friends who contributed."

The symposium, which continued with the scientific discussions and exchange of information by the experts in the field, ended with the planning of the next year.
