EDUCATIONAL BRIDGES WILL BE ESTABLISHED WITH POLISH AND LITHUANIAN UNIVERSITIES
Atatürk University made a significant advancement in its pursuit to broaden its network of international scientific collaboration. To sign cooperation protocols, rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Çomaklı made an official visit to Poland and Lithuania.
With the aim of expanding academic and cultural horizons and bolstering the university's global influence, Atatürk University has expedited its collaboration visits in pursuit of its internationalization objective, which is in line with the New Generation University Design and Transformation Project.
Ataturk Üniversity, which recently signed protocols with universities in Azerbaijanistan, expanded its presence in the Turkic World. During this pedagogical-focused visit, the university collaborated with prestigious ranking organizations that recognize Polish educational institutions as preeminent.
Maria Curie-Skolodowska University and Lublin University of Life Sciences constituted the initial stops of the visit. The meetings pertaining to the education bridge that was formulated among universities encompassed a range of subjects, including student exchange programs, academic exchange programs, collaborative research initiatives, and cultural events. The protocols established with Maria Curie-Sklodowska University and Lublin Life Sciences Universities stipulate the reciprocal attendance of academic personnel, the coordination of collaborative conferences and symposiums, and the implementation of student exchange initiatives.
Rector Çomaklı stated, "Every Action Undertaken Is In Accordance With the Strategic Plan."
Rector Ömer Çomaklı asserted that these collaborations would not only make a scholarly contribution but also foster cultural affinity between the two nations: "Atatürk University strives to enhance its standing on the global stage. Our universities have established and will further establish collaborations with institutions in Poland and Lithuania. "I am convinced that these partnerships will significantly contribute to the globalization process of our university by expanding the boundaries of our scientific and academic pursuits and providing our students and faculty with fresh perspectives."
Rector Çomaklı underscored the academic visits' integration into the strategic plan of Atatürk University, asserting that the institution imparts knowledge across diverse domains, including engineering, health sciences, arts, religious sciences, and medicine. Consequently, no university in the world eludes their collaboration, and their endeavors are duly acknowledged. He articulated that his objective is to foster institutional recognition through partnerships with the universities that deliver the training.
Protocols of Cooperation Will Be Signed With A Number of Polish Universities.
Rector Çomaklı declared that the university's collaborations, both past and future, will strengthen the academic and cultural ties between the youth of both nations. The administration stated that their objective is to establish mutually beneficial projects in the fields of education and research, as well as to offer their students the opportunity to gain experience abroad through student exchange programs.
The rector, Çomaklı, will be accompanied by his delegation on visits to Poland and Lithuania. The itinerary will further include stops at Warsaw University, Vilnius University, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, and Lublin University of Technology.
