In order to celebrate this important success of Atatürk University, which is one of the 20 universities among 131 state universities in Turkey that has received the title of Research University, the management of CHP Erzurum Provincial Chairman Suat Dülger visited Rector Çomaklı.

Rector Çomaklı, who accepted congratulations on behalf of Atatürk University during the visit held at the Rector's Office, stated that this success would add value to the city and that it would set an example for the universities in the region.

Rector Çomaklı, who stated that Atatürk University is always striving to rise to a higher place with its 65 years of experience, stated that all units of the university are working to adequately fulfil their mission of education and community service with its qualified academic staff and well-equipped infrastructure.

Provincial head Suat Dülger stated that the most rooted educational institution of the region Atatürk University has become stronger receiving the title of Research University, adding that when asked for help in any matter, Atatürk University, which never turned down and rushed to the support of the public, deserved this success one hundred per cent.
