RECTOR HACIMÜFTÜOĞLU MET WITH NGO REPRESENTATIVES CONDUCTING STUDENT-FOCUSED ACTIVITIES AT AN IFTAR DINNER
At an iftar program, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, the Rector of Atatürk University, convened with representatives of associations, foundations, and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that conduct activities for students. At the Ata Uygulama Hotel, the program featured discussions regarding student studies and the exchange of ideas regarding projects to be implemented in the near future.
Rector Hacımüftüoğlu expressed his satisfaction with the opportunity to convene in the spiritual ambiance of Ramadan, which serves to fortify the sense of unity and solidarity. He also underscored the significance of the research conducted by non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for students. Hacımüftüoğlu asserted that the academic, social, and cultural development of students is significantly influenced by the collaboration between universities and NGOs, and that these encounters serve to fortify solidarity.
During the program, representatives of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) shared information regarding the studies that have been conducted thus far and discussed potential new student-focused projects. Rector Hacımüftüoğlu stated that Atatürk University has implemented a variety of projects to enhance the academic success of students and to guarantee their active participation in social life. He also stated that the university is committed to conducting additional research in collaboration with NGOs.
The iftar program concluded with the exchange of mutual wishes and desires, which was followed by a Q&A session.
