Before the Midterm Exams scheduled for January 11-12, 2025, Atatürk University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu visited the Open and Distance Education Faculty Exam Center and evaluated the on-site preparations.

Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Hasan Türkez, Prof. Dr. Hasan Yılmaz, Prof. Dr. Bülent Çavuşoğlu, Prof. Dr. Yüksel Göktaş, Prof. Dr. Reyhan Keleş, Dean of the Open and Distance Education Faculty Prof. Dr. Tevhit Karacalı, and exam center officers accompanied the visit.

Rector Hacımüftüoğlu assessed the on-site preparations to ensure the secure and healthy conduct of the exam processes and received information from the exam center officers. Hacımüftüoğlu asserted that the examination organization should be meticulously planned in order to provide the highest quality of service to students by utilizing the technological infrastructure effectively.

The following was noted by Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hacımüftüoğlu, who emphasized that Atatürk University has extensive experience in distance education: "We have mobilized all of our resources to minimize the challenges our students may face during their educational journeys and to aid in their academic success." Our expertise in this field has enabled us to become one of the most exemplary universities in Turkey, and our distance education applications have acquired significant momentum in the digital transformation process. With this comprehension, we proceed with all of our preparations for the End of Term Exams. We have implemented all requisite measures to ensure that our students can exhibit their success at the highest level in a fair and dependable exam environment. I extend my best wishes to our students who will be taking the exam and to our administrative and academic personnel who will be taking office.

The visit concluded with a brief evaluation meeting with the exam center personnel.
